Return Merchandise Authorization
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. The following will list the RMA procedure and conditions, along with any pertinent information you should know:
- Please fill the RMA form out completely.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange from the drop-down box. Only items which are eligible for RMA will be listed.
- You can check your RMA status, at any time, from your Account Dashboard under the 'RMA' tab.
- Once your RMA request has been approved, please click the 'Print Form' button. This will allow you to print out the RMA form which you will include in the box along with the returned merchandise.
- Once you have sent the package to us, then proceed to click the 'Package Sent' button. This will notify us of your shipment.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that gives a tracking number. UPS and FedEx give tracking numbers by default. If you choose to ship using USPS, please send using 'USPS Tracking' or 'Signature Confirmation.'
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a $8.95 per order restocking fee. Additional restocking fees, ranging from 10-50% of the original purchase price, may be charged depending on the condition of the returned/exchanged merchandise. Examples of reasons for an additional restocking fee, but not limited to these, are:
- incomplete packaging including labels
- product has been altered in any way
- product has been cut (i.e. hair or lace)
- hair has been brushed out or is kinked up
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange. If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Any original shipping costs incurred by us are non-refundable.
- If there are additional charges, please contact us immediately to make payment arrangements.
- Return Shipping Instructions:
- Repack merchandise securely in a box.
- Please include all original packaging including labels.
- Include your RMA form in the box.
- We must receive your return merchandise within two weeks from the RMA approval date. If we have not received your return by this time, your RMA will be voided.
