The hair is gorgeous, long and soft, but no major tangles, it styles easy, I don't like to glue down my wigs, so I always wear a headband or wrap and this wig can rock any hair accessory effortlessly. I also like the fact, that this unit is so comfortable and cool, it's 31inches, but not heavy or hot on my head. Really love this unit, now I I want is whole lace units
