Why is my order taking longer to receive than normal?

Due to new processes which help keep you, as well as our staff safe, we are currently experiencing minor delays in processing orders.  Our carriers, UPS and USPS are also experiencing minor shipping delays.  Please keep in mind that UPS is currently not guaranteeing delivery times of any of their services including UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, Ground or their International Services.  To that end, we will not issue any shipping refunds due to delays caused by UPS or USPS.

Are you accepting returns?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges.  To offset this, we have increased reward points awards on all purchases for account holders.  We hope to resume normal service as soon as possible.

What are you doing to keep your facility safe?

We have increased our schedule of regular cleaning and disinfecting of our facility.  In addition, we have implemented hand sanitizer stations around our facility.  We have a daily temperature check for all employees.  Our staff has been provided with disposable gloves and masks to wear throughout the day.  We’ve also asked our staff to wash hands more frequently and follow social distancing rules.  The safety of our customers and staff is paramount.

We understand that some of our new policies and processes are inconvenient to you and hope that we can return things back to normal as soon as possible.
